1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the voices38 platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To make full use of voices38 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and ensuring that no unauthorised party gains access to your account.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You agree to:
- Providing accurate and truthful registration information.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Notify voices38 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not accessing another user's account without legitimate authorisation.
- Ensuring all activity on your account is fully compliant with these terms.
Voices38 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms, without any liability to that user.
3Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit Currency
All financial transactions on the voices38 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any deposited funds are your own and obtained through legitimate means. voices38 does not accept funds from third parties on behalf of registered users.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and approved local bank transfer options. Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method. Deposited funds are typically credited within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the user's name. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–3 business days. voices38 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
Pending Transactions & Cancellations
Once a betting or gaming transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. voices38 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's error in selecting a betting option or stake amount.
4Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Voices38 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful manner that does not harm other users or the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against your account:
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use unauthorised automated software is prohibited.
Registering more than one account to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the promotions system is a serious violation of these terms.
Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or the identity verification process is a violation of these terms.
Voices38 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing funds, suspending an account, or permanently closing an account.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, voices38 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from betting outcomes, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Voices38 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance or technical improvement purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the voices38 platform — including the brand name, logo, design, text, images, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of voices38 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from voices38.

Account Suspension & Closure
Voices38 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in unlawful activity, or poses a risk to platform security. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending an ongoing investigation. Users who wish to close their own account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.
Governing Law
